Different

A very interesting product. Tried using on bread/toast but did not work for me.
Using in mash, savoury cooking, on veg, WOW great!

Not very 'smoked'

I couldn't taste any difference between this and normal butter. As butter goes it was very nice but no smokiness. It was very hard to spread even left out of the fridge.

Subtle

Item was easy to order. Quick delivery. Butter kept cool with cooling element. Have used it and the smokiness is subtle but definitely there. Good product.

Mashed Potato - Supercharged!

I just made mashed potato with a few cubes of this smoked butter whipped in before serving, and I don't think I can go back!
Next project: using it to make fresh herb butter to insert under the breast skin of a chicken before roasting. This could be epic.
This arrives in a plastic vacuum pack, which protects the butter but isn't ideal for everyday use. Use a rectangle of greaseproof paper to fashion the kind of wraparound packaging butter normally has, is my recommendation.
