Refund Policy

All our goods are carefully checked and leave our premises in perfect condition. If there is a problem with your order please contact us before returning the goods to us. If your package appears to be damaged please do not refuse to accept the delivery but contact us as soon as possible. Accepting a damaged delivery will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refusing delivery without first consulting us will only result in the goods being disposed of by the courier which we would wish to avoid.

Any complaints will be investigated and responded to within five working days.

We cannot be held responsible for any parcels which are undelivered due to the incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
