This delicious smoked salmon is sourced from waters off the West Coast of Scotland and smoked in our own kilns for 12-18 hours using highest quality wood chip and saw dust, giving it a flavour which we are famous for.

Smoked Salmon Salad

Ingredients:

  • 8C Salad Greens
  • 6oz Honeywilya smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 2 T fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
  • 4 Radishes, halved and thinley sliced
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4-5 T Lemonette dressing

Method

1. In a large bowl, toss together the greens, salmon, dill, cucumber, radishes and scallions. Just prior to serving, add the dressing and toss gently to coat.

Impeccable Customer Service, (thanks Warren), again. I have ordered from Lancaster Smokehouse before and will continue to do so. The uncut smoked salmon is an excellent product and good value. The smoked goats cheese is also outstanding.

Lovely smokey taste

I've ordered this 3 or 4 time now. To the point that I ordered 2 last time so I could freeze one.

It's got a nice smokey taste, a dry texture which I prefer, and I like that I can get an unsliced one.

I'll continue to order this when I want smoked salmon, the price is really reasonable for what you get.

Powerful

Delivery was quick, well packed. Since Andy Race closed in Mallaig I've been looking for a good alternative. This is the closest so far. A nice firm texture and quite heavily smoked, fine for me but some might find it a little too powerful. Good value too.
