Our handmade Lancashire sausages follow a traditional recipe including Bury black pudding and mustard. We only source the finest ingredients to create our sausages which are rich in flavour with a juicy bite.

These sausages are lovely, so different from some supermarket sausages
Another winner. We always have a cooked breakfast on Sunday and decided to try the Lancashire sausages. And now my husband has informed me nothing else will do. I can also recommend the Venison Sausages-we gave them as part of a gift hamper and the recipient sang their praises muchly.
Good texture, good taste, good value. The only problem
I have with them, is deciding whether to have a couple of these sausages for breakfast, or a kipper.
They are chipolatas, nothing wrong with that but I'd love them to be full banger size, if they were, 5*.
Great taste, not over seasoned so you can taste the pork, and the black pudding gives them a lovely slightly earthy taste.
I'll definitely buy again, and when we make pigs in blankets, they will be fantastic.
Excellent quality and good flavour like sausages used to be when made at your butcher !
