We created this sweet and smokey recipe by combining juicy beetroot with crunchy onion and a subtle balance of spices.

Stir through Greek yoghurt for a creamy dip or bring vibrancy to a smoked salmon sandwich.

Lovely and smokey.

Give me anything smoked and I'm a happy woman! This tastes really good and went down a storm with my cheeseboard. Only negative is that some of the cubes of beetroot obviously aren't cooked and very hard.

Very nice with a sharp cheese, or a good pork pie. Very moreish.
