Cottage Delight Orange & Scotch Whisky Thick Cut Marmalade

Cottage Delight combine the juiciest Spanish oranges with real scotch whisky to create a fine citrus flavour with a warming kick. Traditionally handmade in open copper pans, all their marmalades are developed in their Kitchen and lovingly prepared in Staffordshire, using only the finest quality fruit and zest.

Use as a glaze for roast ham, add to bread and butter puddings and use to create zingy cocktails.

Sugar, Seville oranges, Muscovado sugar, Gelling agent: Fruit pectin, Whisky (1%), Acidity regulator: Citric acid, Concentrated lemon juice. Prepared with 35g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 67g per 100g.
