We use the salmon cut of beef to create a tender, delicate cured meat. Cured using red wine, garlic, rosemary & thyme our Bresaola style beef is then slowly air dried for a number of months.  Our Bresaola has a rich and intense flavour with a melt in the mouth texture.

Minimum Weight - 80g.

Beef, Salt, Sugar, Red Wine, Garlic, Rosemary, Thyme, Bay, Preservatives Sodium Nitrite & Potassium Nitrate.

Lovely

This is so good though I’ve had it a couple
Of times now
And the first time
The texture was looser and closer to bresaola which we preferred . Nevertheless it’s delicious either way
