Produced using the Metrodo Classico, this Spumanate is fully sparkling and subtley effervescent. Rose in colour, the perfume aroma is ample, fragrance with elegant yeasty notes, the flavour is rich and smooth. The perfect aperitif, it is also fantastic with fish starters.
