I just made mashed potato with a few cubes of this smoked butter whipped in before serving, and I don't think I can go back!
Next project: using it to make fresh herb butter to insert under the breast skin of a chicken before roasting. This could be epic.
This arrives in a plastic vacuum pack, which protects the butter but isn't ideal for everyday use. Use a rectangle of greaseproof paper to fashion the kind of wraparound packaging butter normally has, is my recommendation.
