Our smoked garlic is slowly cold smoked over English Oak. Cold smoked garlic is kept and used in exactly the same way as traditional garlic, it is still raw. Packed full of flavour, smoked garlic has a sweet and smoky and is superb oven roasted with root vegetables.
Storage
Store out of the packaging, in a dark cupboard. Do not store in the fridge.
Preparation
Our smoked garlic is not cooked, it is still raw. Use as you would do regular garlic.
