A savoury marmalade containing red wine and balsamic vinegar. It is a flexible preserve which is delicious with a strong cheddar cheese, a luxury pate as well as with Roast Lamb.
Great on cheese and toast as well.
Ingredients: Onions, Red wine, Balsamic vinegar (sulphites), Water, Sugar, Olive oil, Mustard seed, chilli sauce (preservative sodium metabisulphites).
