An unusual chutney but has a lovely flavour, not too strong. The main ingredient is a Golden Beetroot which has a softer flavour than the traditional red beetroot. Golden Beetroot are a heritage variety of the vegetable.
The chutney goes really well with cheddar cheese, a great accompaniment to Meat & Potato Pie as well as on your plate with a steak.
Ingredients: Golden Beetroot, Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Apples, Onions, Sultanas, Ginger, Salt, Garlic, Cayenne, Paprika, Coriander.
