We source the finest halloumi and gently smoke over a blend of Oak & Beech. Halloumiu is a semi-hard, brined cheese made from a mixture of sheep, cow and goat milk, and is suitable for vegetarians. It has a firm texture, making it the perfect ingredient to cook with. It is has a rich salty flavour with an added subtle smokey taste.
