A gluten-free crunchy cracker for any hard cheese. Intentionally subtle, so as to never overwhelm the cheese. Made from a blend of gluten-free cereals, tapioca, buttermilk, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. Serve with Pecorino or any hard cheese.
