Our Smoked & Unsmoked Festive Ham is vacuum sealed and is to refrigerated until date shown. Once opened, wrap well and use within 3 days. Suitable to be frozen for upto 12 months.
Simply remove from the pack and oven bake.

My friend recommended the ham and I took a chance and ordered two, one for a party and one for Christmas. Delivery was speedy and everything arrived chilled and perfect condition. There were no instructions so I boiled the ham and then roasted it. It was devoured by the party guests and we had fabulous compliments so I will definitely be ordering more of your excellent produce. Really looking forward to having our Christmas one soon too!

Both my husband and I come from countries where ham is a serious thing and part of all festivities. Over 20 years in the UK we have tried so many hams at all price points, and not found anything close to what we grew up with! Sweeter and wetter cure, usually, and not smoked enough.
When we first tried this a few years ago, finally our quest was fulfilled.
This is properly dry cured smoked, great taste, superb texture, and it's not covered in sugary something.
The only downside is that it was only available once a year - which in 2024 you changed, thanks!!!!
And it's not just us foreigners, everyone I have sent to the Lancaster Smokehouse as "the best kept secret in ham" has been delighted!
I only wish we could get a full on bone version, but I understand the practicalities that make this the size and shape it is. Delicious.
