very good smoking not too overwelming.

I have just served this wiyh lunch for family along with smoked salmon and trout and soft cheese wnd crackers the whole luch took about five minutes to setup and everyone enjoyed it . Great products from Lancaster smoke house.

Purchased the Smoked Cheese at Christmas and found it to be a really good cheese so ordered it again for Easter. The family all enjoy it. Great texture and love the smoky flavour.

Cheese definitely smoked but was not even close to being nature

I felt that the cut and the packaging of the cheese made it look very ordinary and although the cheese itself was good it looked like a pre-packed ordinary cheese from a local supermarket on my cheese plate. I hope that is constructive and not rude? On another note the smoked salmon and the service from Lancaster smokehouse was brilliant.
