This delicious smoked salmon is sourced from waters off the West Coast of Scotland and smoked in our own kilns for 12-18 hours using highest quality wood chip and saw dust, giving it a flavour which we are famous for.

Keep refrigerated until date shown on pack. Suitable to freeze for upto 12 months.

Our smoked salmon is ready to eat, simply remove from the fridge an hour before serving.

Smoked Salmon Salad

Ingredients:

  • 8C Salad Greens
  • 6oz Smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 2 T fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
  • 4 Radishes, halved and thinly sliced
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4-5T Lemonette dressing

Method

1. In a large bowl, toss together the greens, salmon, dill, cucumber, radishes and scallions. Just prior to serving, add the dressing and toss gently to coat.

Absolutely delicious smoked salmon!

The quality is exceptional — beautifully silky, succulent and packed with flavour. The smoky taste is just right, giving the salmon a gorgeous depth without overpowering the delicate flavour of the fish.

Every mouthful practically melts in your mouth, and it has that lovely balance of richness and subtle smokiness that makes you want another slice straight away. It’s the kind of smoked salmon that makes a simple breakfast feel like a proper treat.

We’ve had it with scrambled eggs, fresh crusty bread and a squeeze of lemon, and it was absolutely mouth-watering. You can really taste the care and quality that goes into it.

If you love smoked salmon, I’d highly recommend giving the Port of Lancaster Smokehouse a try.

Smoked salmon + scrambled eggs. Is there anything better for breakfast?

My only concern is the packaging one must throw away. The smoked salmon? No complaints at all: it's delicious.
