A traditional hard Italian Parmesan delicately smoked over a blend of Oak & Beech. It has a sharp, nutty flavour which is enhanced by the added gentle smoke.

Smoked Parmesan is delicious grated over all pasta dishes or pair with a full bodied red wine.
Our cheeses should be stored in the fridge, and brought up to room temperature before eating. Once opened, cover the cut surface of the cheese with cling film.
