Lancashire is a wonderful, crumbly, mild-flavoured cheese, developing a distinctive sharpness as it ages. Our Lancashire cheese is traditionally made on a farm and bound with cloth and is aged for between 2 and 5 months.
Our Mild & Creamy Lancashire is gently smoked over English Oak to give a subtle smokey finish. Smoked Lancashire will brighten up any cheeseboard and is especially good in a crusty cheese and onion pie.
