Our cheeses should be stored in the fridge, and brought up to room temperature before eating. Once opened, cover the cut surface of the cheese with cling film.
Leave at room temperature for 1 hour and the cheese will be creamy and almost spreadable with that extra rich flavoursome kick. When you try this cheese, you will know that you have had cheese. Won't be without some in my fridge now.
