Our award winning Natural Oak Smoked Haddock is line caught and naturally smoked over a smouldering blend of Oak & Beech. Our haddock is free from any artificial colourings and additives.

 

Full haddock fillets vacuum sealed and suitable to freeze for upto 12 months.

Suitable For Home Freezing

To poach the smoked haddock:

Fill a pan with some milk & season. Bring the milk to a gentle simmer and add the haddock. Poach the haddock in the milk for approximately 10 minutes. Ensure the haddock is piping hot throughout before serving.

 

To grill the smoked haddock:

Add a knob of butter & grill for 2 minutes either side under a medium heat. Ensure the haddock is piping hot throughout before serving.
