Halloumi is a semi- hard unripened cheese made from a mixture of both goats and sheep milk. Halloumi is suitable for vegetarians and is best served grilled until golden brown. Our halloumi is cold smoked and our favourite way of serving is grilled until melty golden brown and serve on a crusty ciabatta with fresh greens and a chilli salsa dressing.
