Made using wild game from the Lake District our venison chorizo is infused with oregano, paprika, garlic, cracked black pepper, chillies & juniper. The game consists of venison, pheasant, partridge, mallard & rabbit. As game is extremely lean a small amount of wild boar is added to the chorizos to give a firm yet delicate consistency.
