Our Smoked Salmon process starts from sourcing the finest quality fish. Raised in the crystal clear waters off the West Coast of Scotland, our sustainable salmon have inimitable qualities: deep pink flesh & a firm succulent texture. This provides us with low fat, high omega 3 oil fish with full traceability.


Dry Cured over Cheshire rock salt & slowly smoked for 12-18 hours over English Oak to create the finest smoked salmon in today's market for which we are famous for. Infused with the wonderful array of flavours with a combination of gin, juniper & lemon.

Unsliced for home carving- delicious for dinner parties & suppers.
