Aubergine & Mango Chutney is a Gold Great Taste Award Winner, made with 20% mango and 20% aubergine and a secret blend of spices.
It is the perfect partner for Indian cuisine as well as a delicious accompaniment to cheeses and cold meats.
Add spicy flavour to a summer barbecue or serve as a starter to an Indian banquet.
1 onion, finely chopped
2tbsp Cottage Delight Aubergine & Mango Chutney
500g turkey mince
- Fry the onion in a little oil until soft, allow to cool
- Mix all ingredients together and form into burger shapes
- Put into the fridge to chill for 30 minutes
- Preheat a grill or place on the barbecue for 7-8 minutes per side until cooked through
Serve with delicious Cottage Delight Garlic & Chive Dip and naan bread
