2kg box of our award winning Natural Oak Smoked Haddock is line caught and naturally smoked over a smouldering blend of Oak & Beech. Our haddock is free from any artificial colourings and additives.

All individual  smoked haddock fillets vacuum sealed and suitable to freeze for upto 12 months- Great for filling the freezer!

Perfect for kedgeree, pasta dishes or fish pies. Delicate flavour- all natural, no dyes or additives.

Suitable For Home Freezing

To poach the smoked haddock:

Fill a pan with some milk & season. Bring the milk to a gentle simmer and add the haddock. Poach the haddock in the milk for approximately 10 minutes. Ensure the haddock is pipin hot throughout before serving.

 

To grill the smoked haddock:

Add a knob of butter & grill for 2 minutes either side under a medium heat. Ensure the haddock is pipin hot throughout before serving.
