Smoked over 14 days, Smoked Garlic is a very versatile product and can be used in all manners of cooking
At it is cold smoked, the garlic remains raw and fresh and when eaten in this state in a salad perhaps, it has a very subtle smoky flavour and is slightly sweeter and milder than its original white pre-smoked state
We take beautiful plump bulbs of garlic, then give them a gentle hickory smoking.
