We source the finest halloumi and gently smoke over a blend of Oak & Beech. Halloumiu is a semi-hard, brined cheese made from a mixture of sheep, cow and goat milk, and is suitable for vegetarians. It has a firm texture, making it the perfect ingredient to cook with. It is has a rich salty flavour with an added subtle smokey taste.

I have always been a halloumi lover, even before it became popular. I ordered the smoked halloumi half expecting now to like. I was however incorrect. This stuff is delicious, it has a gentle smokey taste and aroma and works with just about everything. I regularly order this now. It comes as a full block of halloumi, similar to how you would buy from a supermarket.
